*Farewell*

So, anyone that knows me knows that our family is super-close! Dexter leaves Jan. 7 for the MTC. All of us cousins have been so close since we were litte. I will really miss Dexter always being at my house. Whenever I would come home from work or school I would usually find him on my couch asleep with a coke in his hand and the remote. He has been a huge part of our whole familys' life. We will miss him so much but we are so proud of him! Here is a slideshow of the farewell luncheon!

The Best Christmas Ever!

So, every year I don't think Christmas can get any better, but this year it was! Thanks to my family, they make it the best! Not just my bros and sisters, or my mom, but my WHOLE family, cousins, aunts, uncles, and everyone makes Christmas amazing! Here are a few pictures of us Christmas Eve, at the cemetery lighting candles for the people we love who aren't with us on Christmas. This is our last Christmas with Dexter for a couple years since he will leave for his mission in Canada in a couple week, so it was extra special!

Gingerbread Houses!

So, we decided to make home-made gingerbread houses. I wish I could say these were one of the kids' houses, but it's not.. this is mine. And the sad part of this story is that it took me two hours to make these two houses. I am so not creative, nor do I have the patience to do stuff like this. The house was a mess, my dog had sticky candy stuck to her all day, and all the kids ate the candy the whole time! It was fun seeing everyone elses, but I was depressed when I put mine next to the other ones.
