Some Fun in the Sun

My ideal life would be to live somewhere where it DOESN'T snow! I hate being cold and everything about it. This President's Day/Valentine's Day weekend was awesome! We went down south to spend time with friends. We were able to ride our horses OUTSIDE! That is something very hard to do here in Heber, unless you bundle up and wear three pairs of long-johns. It was definatly T-shirt weather. We roped and bucked bulls all weekend long! It was a great way for me to spend my three day weekend! We also had a lot of fun going to the movie and eating lots of yummy food! I didn't want to come home!..... Do ya blame me? A picture is worth a thousand words!

Field Trip!!

Today we went on a field trip. FINALLY SOMETHING TO BLOG. I haven't had much time to blog the last month, so I am going to use the excuse that I had nothing to blog about until now.
We had a good day today. We went to the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum and looked at artifacts that the Mormons brought with them across the trail. We do so many things with UTAH history, so it was really neat for the kids to see the museum.
After the museum, we headed to the State Capitol. It is absolutely beautiful in there. We had a great time and I have to say that I have a really good class. They were SOOOOO good!
