So, it seems almost every post I do has something to do with work. But, because I spend about 30 hours a week with 30 kids, I can't help but capture the great moments. Last week we had pet day. Yes..pet day! It was a reward that my students earned...and it was CRAZY! We had turtles, horses, birds, cats, dogs, and any other silly animal you could think of. The amazing part was that each time a parent brought an animal....the kids would go crazy, I mean they would seriously go crazy over a cat, like they had never seen one before! I didn't understand it, but it was fun. Oh yeah, Rylan brought Belle and Ugg to school and the kids loved that! And....the teacher next to me (and my very best friend) Mrs. Talley got on a horse at recess. It was hillarious because she is very scared of horses. She thought it was going to "bite" her. She was way funny!
